You’re never too old for Sesame Street!
When I was a preschooler, it was everything. Long before cable, streaming, or even Elmo, those bright characters felt like part of our family. I can still see it: my mom setting up our little table, PB&J sandwiches cut into perfect fours, my brother and I watching wide-eyed as the music started.
I loved it then, and I still do now. Ernie is, and always will be, my favorite.
In honor of Sesame Street’s birthday, we’re celebrating all week long with a colorful Sesame Street sensory table, fun games, and themed lunches. Because some things never grow old… they just get sweeter with time.
What about you? Who was your favorite Sesame Street character?
And if you end up creating your own Sesame Street sensory table, share a photo or link in the comments. We’d love to see your sunny day on the Street!
